We’ve launched our Make Renting Fair Survey for 2026 ahead of the State Governments proposed rental reforms.
Over the coming weeks the State Government will be asking us what we think about things like rent increases and the living standards for rentals in WA. We want to put YOUR EXPERIENCE in front of them!
About the survey

Had your rent raised over and over again?
Had a landlord refuse to fix basic Maintenace issues?
Shivered all night or sweated your way through the summer, even while inside your home?
We want to hear from you! Every experience will help us build the case for rental reform in WA.
Any personal information will be kept confidential. We will only contact you if you request this at the end of the survey.
The survey should take 5-15 minutes to complete, depending on your circumstances.
